Standard Delivery
We charge one flat shipping fee per item for our standard worldwide delivery service. We will post your uggs with EMS International registered Air service direct from our factory. After placing your order you can expect to receive your Ugg Australia boots within 3-4 days. (You can track the day to day progress of your shipping with our tracking system.) Some regions may be subject to customs fees and other taxes, we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement upon receiving proof of damage. We do generally trust people, however we have had to implement this policy because of the very small percent of people who ruin it for everyone else by being dishonest.
